That's the problem, when I click on the box that says put volume icon in task bar. Then you have to re-install the sound card and then go there and then do what I said in earlier post. I would go thru device manager and then remove the sound drivers and exit out by clicking OK and reboot the computer and the audio should be re-installed on reboot.
